IELTS EXAM PREPARATION

- Services must be paid in full 5 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 18 years of age or over

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund Policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 6 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee.
- If a course is cancelled more than 30 days before course start: % refund
- If a course is cancelled less than 21 days before the start date full price will be charged.

Visa Refusal

- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge €200 Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Other Terms

Termos condições &: (a) CEW tem o direito de cancelar qualquer curso e reembolso de eventuais taxas que tenham sido pagos ou depósitos.
(b) nenhum depósito será reembolsado e sem taxas retornou 3 semanas antes do curso está agendado para começar.
(c) em caso de cancelamento de participante, reembolso de 50% na taxa deverá ser pago um mês antes da data de início, é claro. Reembolso total em taxas será pagáveis seis semanas antes da data de início, é claro.
(d) sem taxas reembolsadas quando a participante tiver começado o curso.
