The main aim of these courses is to provide students with a general and specific information on the Language and Culture of Spain and Hispanic America.
• Every subject consists of 3 to 5 hours a week
• To attend these courses students should have at least a B1 level of Spanish Language (if students would not have the sufficient level and would have to change to the INTENSIVE COURSE, they should pay for the difference between both courses).
• To obtain the Certificate in Hispanic Studies, students have to be enrolled for at least four subjects, attend classes regularly and pass the corresponding examinations.
• The subject of Spanish Language is compulsory for all levels.

•The Colegio de España was founded in 1973, being one of the first schools dedicated to Spanish Language Teaching in Salamanca. The school is situated inside a historical building, right in the monumental centre, just two minutes walking for the famous Plaza Mayor, at Calle Compañía, nº 65. Amongst its facilities there is a room for audiovisuals and conferences; a library and lecture room; a multimedia room with last generation equipment and WIFI access in the whole building, which students can use freely. At the Colegio you will be able to meet students from many different countries, and you will be able to establish new friendships while learning our language in a surrounding where we combine the family atmosphere with the academic seriousness.
